About SupremeHQ

Built by an operator, for operators.

SupremeHQ exists because the operator class — independent agents, family farms, regional manufacturers — got tired of renting their own data back from platform vendors. The substrate is the product. License-not-sale is not marketing.

The why

The platform economy spent two decades teaching operators that their data lives on someone else's servers, that their workflow is a feature inside someone else's product, and that the substrate underneath their daily work is rented forever.

The Synthetic Intelligence category exists to invert that. SI is substrate, not application. The operator owns the substrate; vendors license the operator surface. The legal entity is structured around that inversion — license-not-sale is in the operating agreement, not in a marketing FAQ.

"The operator desk has been treated as someone else's product surface for too long. The substrate belongs to the operator. The audit trail belongs to the operator. The compliance posture belongs to the operator. The vendor licenses the operator surface — and that is the only part the vendor owns."

The founder

SupremeHQ is built by Francisco Gibran Morales (FMW Services LLC). Based in Gaylord, Minnesota. Insurance background, operator perspective, sovereign-tech orientation.

The platform was built directly — not by a VC-backed product team, not by an outsourced offshore shop, not by a vendor consortium. The architecture decisions, the doctrine locks, the regulatory posture, the audit chain design — all owned by the founder, all documented, all designed to outlast the founder.

For Young Buck

SupremeHQ is built in memory of Young Buck. The why is the moat. The dedication is permanent.

Patent-pending substrate

The architecture is the product. The sovereign-infrastructure substrate is the protected invention.

  • USPTO Provisional Patent Application 64/043,421 — filed April 18, 2026 (Small Entity)
  • USPTO Provisional Patent Application 64/061,855 — supplemental filed May 9, 2026 (Micro Entity)
  • Single non-provisional planned April 18, 2027, uniting both via §119(e)

The patent describes the inversion: substrate-as-product, operator-owns-the-substrate, license-not-sale-of-the-operator-surface. The legal structure of FMW Services LLC encodes the same inversion at the entity level.

The build state

Honest framing is a doctrine lock. Here is the current state:

  • Insurance vertical — LIVE. 154 tests green. Daily briefing, pipeline, audit, CSV ingest, Stripe billing wired, HubSpot CRM wired, dual-path mail.
  • Agriculture vertical — coming soon. Build queue position behind insurance.
  • Industrial vertical — coming soon. Target operator lanes named. Outreach in progress.
  • Mobile app — coming soon. Same substrate, mobile operator surface.
